I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with great staff who were very helpful during my visit. The location is fantastic with beautiful natural surroundings. The room was clean and nicely furnished with excellent lighting and a fantastic LED mirror in the bathroom. The food was exceptional with a wide variety of dishes that were flavorful and delicious.
Nothing that I didn't like.

This hotel has a great location, set amidst a beautiful natural environment. the furnishing and lighting of the room are quite nice, with excellent tiling work in the bathroom. the staff is very nice and helpful, and the room service is satisfactory. the LED mirror in the bathroom is a great advantage.
There are some minor issues with the shower and the bed that can be improved.

The hotel had a good breakfast selection and the staff was friendly. the location was convenient for my business needs and I appreciated that there was free parking available. the internet connection was decent and it was nice to be able to catch up on some work from my room.
the room was not particularly clean and there were noticeable stains on the carpet.

The food offered at the hotel was delicious and the best we have tasted during our city trip. The staff was always helpful in answering all our queries, making our stay comfortable. The room service was fast and satisfactory. Centrally located, the hotel was just a km away from the city center and the serene surroundings made it a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The limited free buffet breakfast menu was a disappointment for us, and surprisingly they did not have paratha. The swimming pool was not heated, and the cold water made it uncomfortable to enjoy a swim.
